Quality Control

The processing plant has in- house testing facilities for all the parameters of the products. The QA starts from testing incoming raw materials up to finished products packing & on time dispatch to the valued customer.

In QC tests are conducted at various stage of Manufacturing backed by well-equipped in house testing lab run by highly skilled technical personnel.

We procure raw materials i.e. base oils & additives from most reliable sources who maintain their quality at national & international standards. After landing raw materials at our manufacturing plant, our quality control department conducts various tests as per specifications. Only after passing the quality tests satisfactorily, the raw materials are stored in warehouse for manufacturing purpose.

While a product is under manufacturing process, in-house tests are conducted at various stages to obtain the desired value of various parameters as per product technical specifications. Sample of all products of every batch of production is sent to our testing laboratory for final quality tests.

If any difference is detected in permissible value, we send the sample to Govt. accredited testing house for quality confirmation. We do not compromise with quality in any stage at any cost.
